Room was dirty, smelled moldy. Floor was sinking so bad the Frig was leaning to 1 side. Facet was broken on the bathroom sink it just pulled completely off. TV would only work occasionally. We only stayed 1 night.

We drove 7 hours for a weekend vacation only to find that our reservation had been canceled and they had no room for us. I received an email at 2am on the morning of check-in, requesting updated payment information. I updated the payment information, and received confirmation that the updated information was accepted. But we arrived and found the reservation canceled. No notification, no apology for the massive inconvenience... Just a "Well, your reservation was canceled and there's no room here." Awful. 0 out of 10.
